7 Days Amboseli- Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara Lodge Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel for the drive to Amboseli national park at 8:00am. Our driver guide will drive you south through the Masai plains and into Amboseli. Arrive in time for hot lunch. Enjoy a swim in the pool and an afternoon siesta. Later go on an evening game drive at 4:00pm until dusk. Look out for the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro with its majestic ice caps and other animals like lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, buffalos, gazelles, hyenas and many other animals.

Dinner and overnight at the Serena/Sopa/Oltukai lodge. Meal Plan: L,D.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

All day at Amboseli national park. Wake up to the mountain air freshness to a cup of warm Kenyan coffee. Go out on an early morning game drive in Amboseli all along viewing the majestic Mt Kilimanjaro peak Kibo with its white ice cap jutting into the blue oblivion. Look out for the animals including the hundreds of elephants, cheetahs, lions, hippos, giraffes, buffalos, hyenas, wildebeests, zebra, jackals, leopards and many more.

Return to lodge for buffet lunch and later go on an afternoon game drive until dusk. Overnight and dinner at your lodge. Meal Plan: B,L,D.

Day 3: Amboseli –Lake Naivasha

Depart from Amboseli after an early morning game drive and breakfast. Drive on to Nairobi and continue on to Lake Naivasha and check into the Lake Naivasha Sopa/Naivasha county club/Naivasha Simba Lodge. Arrive at 1:00pm in time for a late lunch. Go on an afternoon boat ride to the crescent island for a walking safari. Return to lodge in the evening and dinner and overnight. Meal Plan: B,L,D.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha –Masai Mara Game Reserve

Enjoy an early breakfast and depart your lodge for Masai Mara. Go through the Great Rift Valley and up into the Mau escarpment and the Masai Loita plains. Check into the Mara Sarova /Mara Serena/ Sopa lodges for a hot lunch. Relax and enjoy an early afternoon siesta and swim in the pool. Afternoon Masai Mara game drive at 4:00pm until dusk ; look for the BIG FIVE wildlife like Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, Rhinos and Leopard including other animals. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Meal Plan: B, L,D.

Day 5: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Spend the whole day in Masai Mara. Rise up to the cool air of the Mara plains and enjoy a cup of Authentic Kenyan coffee. Go on an early 6:00am game drive in the park to look out for the elusive animals. Return to lodge for breakfast and later on go on a full day game drive with packed lunches. Visit the Mara River to see the hippos, crocodiles and the famous Wildebeest River crossing stampede. Enjoy a great bush lunch by the Mara River and an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in the lodge. Meal Plan: B,L,D.

Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full day in the Masai Mara with 2 game drives. One game drive in the morning and relax in the lodge with lunch followed by a second game drive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Meal Plan: B,L,D

Day 7: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Depart Masai Mara for Nairobi at 10:00am after a morning game drive and breakfast. Have a packed lunch enroute. Arrive at 3:00pm in Nairobi and drop off in your hotel. Meal Plan: B, L.
